The series revolves around a group of men and women and their influence on Islam. The series narrates the stories of many of these figures, both righteous and wicked, who played a prominent role in the lives of the prophets and messengers and in human history.

Among the most important of these figures are Bilal ibn Rabah, Sa'd ibn Abi Waqqas, al-Hajjaj ibn Alat, Hassan ibn Thabit, Salman al-Farsi, Hamza ibn Abdul Muttalib, the Master of Martyrs, Umair ibn Wahb, the Devil of the Age of Ignorance, and others.
